I can only find 8.4 and its buggy for me, Also, what do you mean overwrite the old launcher, windows 86x/steam/steamapps/common/hoi3. IC has been greatly buffed, so more IC means more units right? This can be increaased to 7 throught the technology tree. I really want to try playing Black Ice, but I still have no clue how to install the mod even after watching several tutorials.
I saw it posted her a while ago but didn't bookmark it. Everything installed properly incl LAA following procedure.
